Hello!

We are two students from Lund University that are conducting a study on self leadership, group climate and job satisfaction. 

You are invited to participate since you belong to the target group included in our sample. Your participation involves completing a questionnaire containing items about self leadership, group climate and job satisfaction.

The survey takes approximately 8 minutes to answer. 8 minutes of your time is not that much, but for us it means a bachelor's degree.

The survey will be open until Wednesday (15/4).

 

Help us gain a comprehensive understanding of how musicians experience job satisfaction in orchestras in Sweden!
